Monday June 26: Nanaimo to Annette Inlet on Prevost Island

I left Nanaimo at 10:00 AM. I needed to reach Dodd Narrows at slack tidal current to transit that narrow channel. Slack tidal current occurred at 11:29 AM. I arrive about 15 minutes early, but the tidal current had already subsided to a single knot, so I was able to transit Dodd Narrows about 15 minutes before slack.

Annette Inlet is a narrow and very sheltered anchorage on Prevost Island. I arrived about 4:00 PM and anchored for the evening in about 12 feet of water. I spent a peaceful night at anchor.
